Who We Seek:  

We are searching for a Product Designer passionate about crafting exceptional digital experiences. Join our team and contribute directly to the evolution and success of Playboy's digital ecosystem. Your role will involve a blend of creative intuition, collaboration, and a data-driven approach to understand user needs and challenges.

What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Design Initiatives: Champion the design of innovative features for Playboy’s creator platform, encompassing messaging, profile interfaces, content posting, purchasing flows, and more.

  • Enhance User Discovery: Devise intelligent discovery features, refining creator tools, and optimizing both creator onboarding and fan-focused communications.

  • Adherence & Efficiency: Follow and occasionally refine product process guidelines, ensuring smooth and productive workflows.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with product management, engineering, and other departments to ensure design visions are realized and seamlessly integrated into the product lifecycle.

  • Iterative Design: Utilize user feedback, analytics, and research insights to continuously refine and evolve design solutions.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs resonate with brand identity, maintaining aesthetic excellence

What You’ll Bring - Qualifications and Skills: 

  • Experience: 2-5 years in product design, having contributed to several successful product launches.

  • Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex design challenges, coupled with efficient time management.

  • Communicator: Strong articulation skills, with an ability to present ideas convincingly to a varied audience.

  • User-Centric: Profound understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture principles.

  • Design Expertise: Mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite. A keen eye for aesthetics in line with current design trends.

  • Dynamic Workflow: Ability to balance multiple projects, adapting to priorities in a high-velocity environment.

  • Professional Development: Outstanding organizational skills, with a knack for compelling presentations.

  • Must have unrestricted access to work in the U.S.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $100k-$120k annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
