We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate has a strong design background, extensive experience leading design teams, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. You will work with a talented group of designers, developers, and project managers to create cutting-edge designs for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering high-quality user interfaces, interaction designs, and user experiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all designs meet project goals and objectives

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using industry-standard tools and techniques

  • Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions with our Content Strategist and Researcher

  • Manage your design projects, and timelines to ensure successful delivery

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a design studio or agency environment

  • Experience leading design teams and managing design projects from concept to delivery

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design work, process, and outcomes

  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing a plus

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for designing exceptional user experiences and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
