eConcord, an emerging force in the online automobile insurance market of Saudi Arabia, is inviting proposals for expert UI/UX design and front-end development services. We aim to elevate our digital experience to an engaging platform that not only adheres to international UI/UX design standards but also deeply connects with the cultural essence of the Saudi audience. Our platform is centered on a user-friendly experience, ease of navigation, and providing complete information seamlessly.
Project Overview
Our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) encapsulates the following features that the selected vendor will enhance:
User-Centric Design: A welcoming interface with straightforward navigation, bilingual support, and a secure, regulation-compliant registration process is pivotal.
Comprehensive Footer Links: The footer should serve as a hub for useful links and information, from product offerings to legal notices.
Streamlined Insurance Purpose Box: A prominent feature allowing users to state their insurance needs with ease, including ID inputs for Saudi nationals and residents.
In-Depth Information Collection Page: A dedicated interface for collecting detailed personal and vehicle information to furnish precise insurance quotes.
Instant Insurance Quotations: A backend-integrated system to deliver competitive quotes with user-friendly options for comparison and selection.
Seamless Payment Integration: A secure payment process with IBAN validation, integrated seamlessly into the user flow.
Immediate Policy Issuance: Upon successful payment, instant policy delivery via PDF, email, and SMS.
Integration with Saudi National Information Center: API integration for accurate KYC and vehicle information.
WhatsApp Business Support: Omnichannel customer service integration with WhatsApp Business for efficient customer care.

Reference Design
The creative direction for eConcord's web development and design seeks to harmonize the sleek, modern interface showcased by Lemonade's car insurance page with the rich tapestry of Saudi Arabian cultural motifs. Our goal is to weave elements of the Kingdom's scenic vistas, its storied architecture, and its cultural heritage into the design, balancing cutting-edge appeal with a resonant sense of place.
In shaping the visual language of the eConcord platform, we will embrace a color palette that speaks to our brand identity, melding whites, blues, and greys to convey a polished and professional interface. Our design will resonate with the clarity and simplicity characteristic of Lemonade, yet our narrative will be distinctly our own.
The platform will feature custom illustrations that pay homage to traditional Saudi patterns and landscapes, rendered in a subtle grey-scale to maintain sophistication. These images will be animated by the guiding 'black hand', a signature design element that directs users with a personal touch, fostering an interactive and engaging digital experience.
Blue will emerge as the signature color for interactive elements, tying them back to the eConcord brand, while a white backdrop will maintain a clean and readable space. The design will subtly incorporate textures and gradients, adding dimension within a minimalist framework. Icons and graphics will be defined by their simplicity, underscoring our commitment to a modern and user-friendly experience.
Our interface will be carefully curated to ensure intuitive navigation, mirroring the effortless flow found in Lemonade's platform. It's a design strategy that puts the user's journey at the forefront, from the initial inquiry right through to policy acquisition, all the while ensuring that eConcord's brand values and market stance are vividly expressed.
