UI Web/Mobile Designer for E-Com Company

We're looking for a part-time/freelance UI Designer who can help us make new designs to A/B test on our webpage. The proper candidate understands how to do research as to what are current best practices for a design element/web section and can then use our branding to create designs for us to A/B test.

This job will have a test for the first round.
